ATTENTIONS: Please do not return the MBT shoes to the sender. Before you do any return, please give us a short notification and get the shipping address. If you wish to do so, make sure you send it back to us within 3 days of receipt. The shoes should be unworn. So any sign of worn shoes, dirts or torn are not acceptable by us.sorry!
Only when the MBT shoes are defective,We shall refund your full payment including the original shipping charges.
If you do not like the style of the shoes you just bought from us,or the size is not right,we can exchange them for you.Once we received the item,we will dispatch the required item to you without charging any additional shipping fees.
All packages will be sent via a traceable method.Please use a carrier which will provide you with proof of delivery.We are then not responsible for returned item lost in transit.
Once we received your return item, please allow us 3-5 working days to complete your exchange or refund.
